Why the away day didn't change anything

Because behaviour changes through repetition, and a single day offers none.

How we work

Space it, practise it, review it

People leave a good training day genuinely intending to do things differently. Then they return to a full inbox, and the intention lasts about a week. Nothing about the day was wrong — it just had no second session to come back to.

Spacing fixes that. Four sessions across two months means three rounds of trying something with a real team and reporting what happened, which is where the actual learning sits.

It also means we design for your context. Generic scenarios let people engage comfortably without recognising themselves; situations from their own work are less comfortable and far more useful.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Space the sessions

Practice between them is where change happens.

Practise, don't present

Most of the room should be doing, not watching.

Say when it isn't training

Some problems need a manager, not a workshop.
