We're a training provider, not an awarding body, and nothing we deliver leads to a regulated qualification unless a written proposal says so. Training also isn't therapy or HR advice: where an issue is clinical or an individual employment matter, we'll say so and point you to the right professional rather than running a workshop around it.
No. We're not an awarding organisation. Our programmes are professional development, and we'd rather be clear about that than imply otherwise.
Yes, and we design differently for it — shorter sessions, more interaction, smaller groups. An in-person day converted unchanged to video doesn't work.
Up to about 16 for practice-based work. Beyond that people stop practising and start watching.
Sometimes, if it's genuinely a skills gap. Often the issue is structural or managerial, and we'll tell you that on the scoping call even though it's a smaller sale.
We agree what would look different beforehand and review it afterwards, with participant and sponsor feedback. We don't promise numbers we can't attribute.
